登録調査機関の株式会社AIRIの検索者（ＭＧ６Ｓ）が行った【検索論理式】による「スクリーニングサーチ」、及びそれにより得られた結果をご覧ください。
【検索論理式】の１は、出願人の以前の関連技術を探し求めたもののようです。
【検索論理式】の２から１０までのものは、すべて「テーマコード」４Ｃ０８３（化粧料）に限定しています。
【検索論理式】の１１が、唯一無テーマで検索用語群による近傍演算を行っています。
この近傍演算中の検索用語群が三つで、これらは当を得ていません。
【検索論理式】がメチャクチャです。
「技術主題」である「ゼオライト」が、「粉体」であるとの認識が欠けています。
検索用語の中に「粉」、「粒」を加算すべきでした。
その結果、得られた特許文献１２件は全て「Ａ文献」のみです。
検索者の言い訳けである【本願発明との対比相違点及び発見できなかった構成について】が手の込んだものになっています。
結局、「Ｘ文献」である「特開２００９-１３７９００」をみつけることが出来ていません。
そして、審査官は「特許査定」をして、この出願は登録特許としてしまいました。
この登録特許は、当然無効審判により無効となる可能性は十分あるもの、と考えます。
特許庁が行う（サーチ）による特許付与とはこの程度のものと思います。
登録特許の約三分の一が、「権利無効」とのデータの信憑性が明白と思われます。
