前回の投稿では、「電話を受けるとき」の表現と tips をご紹介しました。今回は続編として、「電話を掛けるとき」と「ちょっと困ったとき」にフォーカスします。どちらの場面でも表現のバリエーションは限られているため、事前に覚えておくと慌てず対応できます。筆者も、日本語でのビジネスの場面の電話応対に慣れていない
