「どうする特許庁」を少し覗き見をしました。
専門的な世界なので、ほとんど理解できませんが、お役人仕事へのお怒りの種が沢山あり、お役人が誤りを認めない、改善しない、久保園さんのお怒りが伝わってきます。
「どうする特許庁」が、特許庁の良い方向への改革の起爆剤になること期待しています。
