お尻をほぐすだけで痩せる！という本が出ていたので色々調べてみました。
自分のお尻、触ってみると冷たい。
これは脂肪が固まってるかららしいので、ほぐすと運動の効果も高まるらしい。
ミルフィーユポイントをほぐすと良いのだとか。
マッサージようのボールがあるので、今日から試してみます。1ヶ月後結果を追加します。
