特許庁が行っている（サーチ）とは、出願された特許明細書に対して、審査官が実行している所謂「先行技術調査」の一種ですが、これがまた不思議で、異様なものです。

ここでは、この審査官が行う（サーチ）と、「正しい先行技術調査」のそれぞれについて比較して、図示してみました。

「先行技術調査の心得」として、特許明細書を（「権利情報」としての認識の有無）、（調査目的）、（調査手法）、（対象資料）、（利用者）、（調査ツール）そして（調査結果の判断）などを、あげました。

そして、それぞれの個所について、「調査対象」とか、「注意度」は如何ほどか、などを記してみました。
