気をつけた方がいいベンチャー企業とは！？〜その４〜Which venture companies should you be careful about? ? ~Part4~

前回の記事で、企業選びの際に気をつけた方がいいベンチャー企業のポイント３つ目をご紹介させていただきました。実際のオフィスにはベンチャー企業のポリシーや社風が表れやすいため気を付けるポイントになるとの事でしたね。気になる方はそちらの記事もチェックしてみてください。そして今回はポイント４つ目を『転職２.０』より一部抜粋してご紹介させていただきます。

”オフィス内がきれいに整頓されているかどうか、清掃が行き届いているかどうかも見逃せません。社員が意識高く働いている会社は、生産性を上げるために共用部分の整理整頓に注力しているものです。これができていない場合は、何らかの問題があると疑った方がよいかもしれません。オフィス内は面接に進む機会くらいしかチェックできないかもしれないですが、注意して観察すべきだと思います。”

"Don't overlook whether the office is neat and tidy and whether it is well-cleaned.Companies where employees work with high awareness focus on keeping common areas tidy and tidy to increase productivity.
