The First Penguin

I've just finished reading a book, "the First Penguin;" as I mentioned in my former blog, this story became TV drama series a while ago, and I watched all of them, and then I became interested in the original story.

As you know, the meaning of the First Penguin is the one which dives into the sea; there might be natural enemies, so dangerous, even though they dive bravely, and others follow them.
The person who challenges bravely and against is called the first penguin.

The main character was a single mother who challenged something new courageously, so she was called the first penguin.
She tried to change conventional fishery.
There were significant numbers of obstacles, but she made it.

In this book, she mentions a company I'm familiar with, "Myojin suisan."
She said in this company, after fishing bonitos, fishermen process them into "katsuonotataki," seared bonito, and sell them online by themselves.
What they are doing is the thing precisely what she wants to do.

Goose bumped!
Since I have bought from them several times.
Their katsuonotataki is fabulous; they sent natural salt to the box and mentioned eating with it.
I'd never eaten them with salt until then; it was my first experience.
I wish I had known that earlier!
As I wrote about their product, I began to want to eat.
Mouth-watering!
