#89 My professional mission

My name is Takako Morita.

Throughout my career, beginning with firms such as Arthur Andersen, I have focused on providing high-end staffing services for foreign capitalized companies, including acting as an outsourced CFO and accountant. After setting up my own boutique accounting firm, I have had the opportunity to engage in financial and accounting services in support of the revitalization of companies including, but not limited to, Daiei and Yohji Yamamoto. I specialize in launching new ventures, setting up back-office operations, and handling everything from accounting and taxation processes to tax declarations. I've often observed companies postpone the management of departments that don't directly contribute to sales, leading to a lack of timely and accurate numbers, and, consequently, ineffective business strategies.

While my work has largely been centered around listed large corporations, what works for large companies can also be applied to smaller firms and startups.

Currently, I am shifting the focus of my work and have decided to cease actively taking on new clients. However, what I am interested in is consulting on new business launches and post-entrepreneurial tax strategies to a select group of individuals.

My professional mission is to support "challengers" who want to lead unique and authentic lives. In an era of information overload, it's crucial to find and access only the information that truly matters to you. I know that embarking on new ventures can sometimes be lonely. Accordingly, I aim to provide a space where those looking to create a new future through entrepreneurship can freely seek answers, and, in the process, contribute to society.

Continual learning and challenging oneself are principles I have always held dear. I am committed to supporting and encouraging those seeking to take a new step forward-I would be more than delighted to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

現在は仕事の方向性をシフトしており、新規のクライアントを積極的に受け入れてはいませんが、皆様の新規事業立ち上げや起業後の税務戦略に関するご相談をお受けしたいと考えています。

私の使命は、「自分らしい人生を送りたい、新たな一歩を踏み出したいと思う挑戦者たちを支援すること」にあります。情報はあふれていますが、自分にとって本当に必要な情報を見つけ、アクセスすることが重要です。そして、新しい挑戦は時に孤独を感じさせるものです。私は、起業することで新たな未来を創造しようとする皆さんが気軽に相談できる場を提供し、社会に貢献したいと思っています。
