なぜアジア？！Why Asia

①アジアへのアプローチにおいて、
→文化的・距離的優位性がある！
②下がっているマーケットで競うのは、
→下がるエスカレータを逆走すること！
③ASEANはこれから成長していく市場！
① In approaching Asia, there is → cultural and distance advantage!
②Competing in a declining market is to run in the opposite direction on the escalator that is going down! ③ASEAN is a market that will continue to grow!

海外に出るのに、

英語ができるとかできないとか、そういう話じゃない。
→必要なのは、優れたプロダクトとフロンティアスピリット
It's not about whether you can speak English or not. →What we need are excellent products and frontier spirit

・失敗したじゃなくてピボットPivot, not failure
・貧しくなって海外に出れなくなる。By becoming poor and unable to go abroad
→相対的に日本人が優秀とされなくなってくる
→持って帰らず今決める。
・皆が自信がなくなってきている。
Everyone is losing confidence.

野村一倖さんのプレゼン！

①世界最強の言語『ボディランゲージ』

→伝えようという意思を相手に見せること。
The world's most powerful language is "body language"
→ Show the other person own intention to communicate.

②完璧主義を捨てよう

→間違いから、経験から自分の英語を訂正して学ぶ。
Let go of perfectionism
→ Learn by correcting your own English from mistakes and experiences.

③選択肢があるというだけでどれだけ幸せか。

→足るを知る
→今いる状況を知って、やれているか？
How happy are you just by having options.
→Know what is enough
→Are you aware of your current situation and are you doing well?

おっきーの学び感想

①成長規模から考えてやっぱグローバルで戦うの大事。
②失敗したじゃなくてピボットのマインドで挑戦していい。
③『ボディランゲージ』相手に意思を見せることの重要性
① Considering the scale of growth, it is important to compete globally.
② It's not that failed, be try with a pivot mindset.
③ ``Body language'' The importance of showing your intentions to the other person

日本で戦うのは下がってるエスカレーターを登るのと一緒という話がとても説得力があった。
→ピボットのマインドで、頭はグローバルで生きた方が良いなと思った。
→あとは、意思を見せるだけ。『ボディランゲージ』というのは結構本質だと思う。
→スキル以上に意思表示。
→津吹さんの前言ってた、「なんかよく分かんないけど、やる気あるな」になれる人材でありたい。
The story that fighting in Japan is like climbing up a descending escalator was very convincing.
→I thought it would be better to live globally with a pivot mind.
→Show own intentions. I think ``body language'' is quite essential.
→ Express own intentions more than own skills.
→I want to be someone who can do what Mr. Tsubuki said before, ``Don't really understand it, but a motivated person..''
