掘ってみました。
色・形もうしぶんなし。
しかし、大きさが
ほぼ　親指くらいでした。
いためて食べてみると、甘くて美味しかったです。

ただこれでは、焼き芋ができないので
しばらくして、また残りをほってみようと思っています。

雑草とりの為、温水除草システムの事を
昨日はずっと調べていました。
今朝みると、高温水をまいた所は、雑草が減っています。

しかし、ふと思ったのですが、
１００度近くの高温水を土にまくと、
みみずさんとかいなくなってしまうのではないかと。
近所の農家さんを観察しても、地道に手で草をとるか
、草刈り機を使うかしか見たことがありません。
やはり何らかの理由があるのでしょう。

ゴーヤを２本買ってきました。
苦みがあるので、基本的に苦手なのですが、
ひと夏に1回は食べたくなるゴーヤ。
まず、ゴーヤを刻み、塩水につけ、水をきり
ごま油でいため、ちりめん、えのき、しめじをいれ
水をたし、つゆと砂糖で煮てみました。
なんとなく苦みは残るものの、ご飯のおともに
