Goya

Good morning.
A cool breeze is blowing this morning.

The day before yesterday, from a nearby farmer
I bought two bitter melons.
I have a bitterness, so I'm basically not good at it,
Bitter gourd that makes you want to eat once a summer.
First, chop the goya, soak in salt water, and drain.
Toss in sesame oil and add dried sardines, enoki mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms.
I added water and boiled it with soup and sugar.
Although the bitterness remains somehow, it goes well with rice.
It was the best.
I was feeling pretty good this morning.
