Digest of Anno team blog in 2024 Tokyo gubernatorial election

Hello, I am NISHIO Hirokazu from the Anno team.

ANNO Takahiro ran as an independent newcomer in the 2024 Tokyo gubernatorial election with Digital Democracy as his manifesto, securing over 154,638 votes (2.3%). This was the highest number of votes ever for a candidate in their 30s, and also the highest for a candidate without any supporting organizations or prior experience as an elected official.

Session with Audrey Tang

At the recently held Funding the Commons Tokyo 2024, there was a 40-minute session featuring Anno-san and Audrey Tang.

The Anno team wrote many blog posts in Japanese. We did this because we believed it was important to lower the entry barriers for future candidates. I was surprised during this session when Audrey mentioned Git LFS, a technical detail from an article I had written. Our blog posts are written in Japanese, but I realized they might be of interest to people around the world as well.

In this article, I'd like to use LLMs to introduce what kind of articles we have.
