【第40回　日曜坐禅会　2019/1/13】

累計で3年以上
また白隠禅師が最初に修行をされた静岡県沼津市の大聖寺で
前住職、現在は幼稚園の園長先生で白隠ミュージアムの大聖堂主でもある
我が坐禅の師よりお許しを頂いての日曜早朝坐禅会。

昨年5月から始めて、今日は40回目でございました。
回数を重ねたからと言っても、特別な事を行う訳ではなく、いつも通りに30分の坐禅、鐘撞堂で鐘をつき、茶室にて抹茶（朝茶）を頂きながら、先生に禅話をお聴きする日常の1つです。

坐禅は、1度行ったから、10度行ったから、1年、3年・・・
何かを得るために行うものではございません。むしろ坐禅は、捨てていきます。捨てる事で、新たな自分と向き合うことが出来る。考えを整理する事が出来る。
それが、僕が3年以上、先生の元で坐禅をさせて頂いている理由です。

ただ先にも書きましたが、坐禅は何かを得るためではありませんので
終わりはございません。その証拠に白隠禅師は、８０歳代になっても修行のたびを続けておいでです。

とは言え、忙しい現代です。
ほんの短い時間でも、一週間に一度でも、先ずはやってみる。続けてみる。
それが大事だと思います。

[Zen meditation meeting 2019/1/13]
At Daishoji in Numazu-shi, Shizuoka where Hakuin reverend trained himself first again in more than 3 by a total.
The previous chief priest and present are also the cathedral center of the Hakuin museum by the head of a kindergarten of a kindergarten.
Than a teacher of my Zen meditation, leave, I receive, and, Sunday early morning Zen meditation meeting.
Today began from May of last year, and was the 40th time.
The Zen meditation even though I repeated, which doesn't do a special thing, and it's 30 minutes as usual
I'll hear zen talk for a teacher while striking a bell by Kanetsuki hall and receiving powdered green tea (It's brown in the morning.) in a tea-ceremony room.
Daily 1.
Because I went 10 times because I sat in Zen meditation once, 1 and 3...
I don't do to get anything. In fact I'll abandon my Zen meditation.
It's possible to be to throw it away and be confronted with new oneself. It's possible to put an idea in order.
That's the reason that I'm sitting in Zen meditation by the dimension of the teacher in more than 3.
Because it was also written on free destination, but Zen meditation isn't to get anything.
Never-ending.
Even if Hakuin reverend becomes the evidence 80 years old in the generation, you continue the travel of study.
But, busy today.
I'll also prosper almost even once a week in just short time. It'll be continued.
I think that's important.
I'm preparing the program you experience almost by NUMAZU reki travel.
