Diary in English #14(22.10.29,about my concerns)

Today I want to write about my concerns.

Firstly one of those is about an promotional examination.
After I will submit a paper about my job in December, I also have a interview in January.
It is said that writing a paper about our job was very hard for everyone because we sould mention not only my own job issues but also company-wide business challenges.
So I have to learn my company more deeply.   

Secondly the other one is about my career.
While I will have a chance to promote, I feel like I want to change my job. There are mainly two reasons.
First one is long working time. 
I have liked my company and respected cowokers since I join this company. But lately I have a family and I feel exausted because everyone think we can't stop working for long time.
Maybe this is caused by which my company is manufacturing infrastracture and we feel responsible strongly for our society.
Second reason is  that I want to engage in sales job directly and also use English. In addtion I want to work with international cowokers. 

I write my feeling too longly.
I know that we can overcome our anxiousty by taking actions.
So I make effort to prepare both of problems ,which are promotion and career chaneges!!
