英語で文章を作るための「レシピ」はありますか？ レシピは、料理の手引きのようなもので、それを読むことで、料理を作るために必要な手順と使用する材料を学ぶことができます。                                                                        Is there a "recipe" for making making sentences in English? A recipe is something that is like a manual book for cooking a dish and by reading it one can learn the steps needed to make the dish and the ingredients used.

Recipes are can be very useful indeed, however not all situations can be anticipated or familiar enough to find a common expression to accurately describe a thought which is why a single "recipe" cannot produce answers all the time.                                                                        レシピは確かに非常に便利ですが、すべての状況を予測したり、考えを正確に説明するための共通の表現を見つけるのに十分なほど馴染みがあるわけではありません。そのため、単一の「レシピ」で常に答えを出すことはできません。

Having said that, there are many words and phrases that are very commonly used in everyday questions, replies, and other conversation which can be used as a standard.
Acquiring such commonly used phrases, I think, can help make conversation in a second language much more smooth.                              そうは言っても、日常の質問や返信など、標準として使える会話でよく使われる単語やフレーズはたくさんあります。 このようなよく使われるフレーズを習得することで、第二言語での会話がよりスムーズになると思います。

I think, when talking anything with a second language, one naturally needs more time to find the words that best express the thought one would like to convey.                                                                                       第二言語で何かを話すときは、当然、伝えたい考えを最もよく表す言葉を見つけるのにもっと時間がかかると思います。

Then there is a question of what things shall be prioritized.
If one tries to respond as fast as possible then it might lose its preciseness.
But, then if one tries to achieve conveying the best presentation of words, then one might not even have the time to finish the saying the thought as it would take more time.                                                            次に、何を優先するかという問題があります。 できるだけ速く応答しようとすると、正確さが失われる可能性があります。 しかし、言葉の最高の表現を伝えようとすると、もっと時間がかかるので、考えを言い終える時間さえないかもしれません。

As I was thinking about this I thought that there is one very obvious but still important point. I thought the important thing is to draw everyone into the talk through presenting whatever the subject is in a way that would capture interest.                                                                                  これについて考えていたとき、非常に単純ですが、それでも重要な点が1つあると思いました。重要なのは、興味を引くような形でテーマを提示することで、みんなを話に引き込むことだと思いました。

Changing the rhythm of the conversation can bring the light of emphasis onto things one wants to really talk about. It is like when characters from dramas speak their scripts with a rhythm that suits the scene, most of the time they do not talk flatly at the same tone.
For instance, a slight stop before speaking the end of a sentence can give greater emphasis to the following words.                                                    会話のリズムを変えることで、本当に話したいことが強調されるようになります。テレビドラマの登場人物が、シーンに合ったリズムで台本を話すときのように、ほとんどの場合、同じトーンでフラットに話すことはありません。 たとえば、文の終わりを話す前に少し停止すると、次の単語をより強調することができます。

- Emphasis - 

The word "emphasis" means "強調" in Japanese.                        「Emphasis」という言葉は、日本語での強調を意味します。

The word "highlight" is often used the same way as the verb form of the word "emphasis".
It means something that stands out usually in a good way.
Other instances where the word is used is when talking about the dyeing of hair partially, that is called a highlight.                                                「ハイライト」という単語は、「強調」という単語の動詞形式と同じように使用されることがよくあります。 それは通常良い意味で目立つ何かを意味します。 この言葉が使われる他の例は、部分的に髪を染めることについて話すときであり、それはハイライトと呼ばれます。
