下の字幕ファイルをダウンロードして専用プレーヤー (無料)で動画を再生してください。字幕ファイルはテキストエディタで開くことも出来ます。
週末版は翌日以降に比較的正確な字幕がつくことがあります。

[17:18] STEPHANIE SY: Green gold, midshipman's butter, the alligator pear, or as most of us know it, the avocado. It's become a staple in a lot of our diets, and, in recent years, sales have skyrocketed. The U.S. alone imports around 80% of Mexico's crop. That's $3 billion of avocados. But the growing demand for avocados on toast and guac is having a steep environmental and human cost.
