The Horizon of Confession
I have long wanted to tell her
that I love her.
I have long hoped to be loved by her.
Do you love me or not ?
Don't you love me, do you?
I wandered around and around
on the scorching sandy beach,
all alone.
What with heat and what with fatigue
I became unable to walk any more.
"Oh, you are really here."
I heard her voice from behind.
She took my hand and said,
"Let's go over there."
When we stood at the water's edge
I felt her love for me, and relieved.
"I am a girl and you are a girl, too."
"No matter. That's OK."
We saw the horizon ahead of us.
"We will be sure to go beyond it,"
she said.
I was happy to be with her
on the sandy beach on Sunday.

怯えてた

どうして生きる？
さまよって
さまよいながら
砂の上
焦がす足裏
１人ぼっちで
暑すぎて
疲労困憊
してたから
もうこれ以上
歩けないよと
本当に
ここにいたかと
背後から
彼女の声が
聞こえてきたの
手をとって
君もいっしょに
おいでよと
海を指差す
彼女微笑む
水際に
立ったその時
感じたの
私を思う
彼女の愛を
二人とも
女の子では
あるけれど
性別なんて
関係ないね
眼前に
水平線を
眺めつつ
超えて往けると
固く誓った
幸せを
砂の上にて
確かめた
あの日のビーチ
