ドイツ（８３００万人）イタリア（６０００万人）を見ながら。

車（産業）、サッカー（スポーツ）、音楽（クラシック）・文化（美術）、食（グルメ）が充実した社会。
社会保障もそこそこある。

そういう社会を目指す、あるいはAIの進化、DXの発展のよって成り立つ人口減社会。

ちょうどよい際が来る・・・と昔聞いたことがある。
逆に人口減しなくて今のままAI・DXが進むと職が奪われ、露頭に迷う人が増え、社会は一気に不安定になる。治安が悪化する。なのでバランスがとれるところで落ち着くという。

労働力として一時凌ぎで外国人活用、高齢者活用もあるだろうが、無一文でも安心できる老後を保障する方が少子化には有効で経済も回るという考え方もある（現世で金を使う）。老後が不安だからため込む（…国民の負担税額（社会保障含む）は４７％を超える、北欧もたじろぐ高率。なのに北欧のような安定保障がない）。

目の前の「自治体間競争」を考えた時には、人口減は同じとして活力ある社会を維持するために「人口構成を変える政策誘導」が肝と考えている。つまり労働力のある若い世代の「率」「構成人口比率」を高める施策。

１０年以上前から言ってるのだが、未来は見えない。

When considering the ``competition between local governments'' that is in front of us, I believe that ``policy guidance that changes the demographic composition'' is the key to maintaining a vibrant society, even though the population decline is the same.
