命の尊さ　The preciousness of life

妊娠中はずっと具合が悪くって
I've been sick during my pregnancy

そのほとんどが入院生活となりました
Most of them were hospitalized

お腹もだいぶ下がってきて
The baby looks so big

そろそろだね、良く頑張ったね
It seems like it will be born soon, You did your best

やっと長い闘いが終わるって時に
When the long fight is finally over

全て急激に悪い状況になり
Everything suddenly went bad

急遽手術をする事が決まった
It was decided to have an operation in a hurry

無事に赤ちゃんは産まれたけれど
The baby was born safely, but

私はその2日後に昏睡状態になりました
I fell into a coma two days later

産後は暗室に隔離されていましたが
After childbirth, it was isolated in a dark room.

あの日の朝は
That morning was

久しぶりにカーテンが開いた
It's been a long time since the curtain opened.

その直後にガタガタと痙攣したのは
Immediately after that, I had convulsions with rattling

覚えています
I remember

全身が反り返るほどの硬直から
From the rigidity that the whole body bends

意識を失い
Lose consciousness

深い昏睡状態に陥った
I fell into a deep coma.

娘さんが危険な状況です
Your daughter is in a dangerous situation

家族全員を集めて下さい
Please come with the whole family.

あの日の事は
About that day

誰にもあまり記憶がない
No one has much memory.

このような場合の多くが
Many of these cases

命を落とすか意識は戻らない
Lose your life or you won't regain consciousness.

あれから25年が経った
It's been 25 years since then.

私はまだ生きています
I'm still alive.

だから自分の気持ちに正直に
So be honest with your feelings.

やっと偽りから
I'm finally lying.

目が覚めるように
Like waking up

そのあと私に起きた出来事も含めて
Including what happened to me after that

もう思い出す必要はない
You don't have to remember anymore.
