あんこ餅

久しぶりに小豆餡と一緒に餅を作って食べました。                                       For the first time in a while, I made some mochi to eat along with red bean paste.      

Handling the sticky mochi was a more difficult task than I had thought it might be, but with some more time spent on shaping them, but they were made in the end.                                                                                     粘り気のある餅の扱いは思ったより大変でしたが、形を整えるのに少し時間がかかりましたが、結局出来上がりました。

And the mochi and anko both were quite tasty, especially accompanying a glass of "maté " tea.                                                                                     そして、餅とあんこはどちらもとても美味しかったです。特に「マテ」茶を添えて。

At a park, there were two geese walking around searching for food and with curiosity I moved closer to them until I was about twenty metres from the geese.
Then soon after, the loud calls coming from above could be heard, it was another group of geese this time they were flying down to land.                 公園では、2羽のガチョウが食べ物を探して歩き回っていました。好奇心を持って、ガチョウから約20メートル離れるまで彼らに近づきました。
その直後、上からの大きな声が聞こえてきました。                                          今回は別のガチョウの群れが着陸するために飛んでいました。

The group of descending geese flew way closer to where I was standing than I expected, and I thought for a moment "I have to run if the geese approach even closer".
Because those geese are quite large and truly powerful when they feel threatened.
But, thankfully such an action scene that was imagined did not happen in reality and things were rather calm.                                                              降りてきたガチョウの群れが思ったより立っていたところに近づいてきて、「ガチョウがもっと近づいたら走らなきゃ」と一瞬思いました。
なぜなら、それらのガチョウは非常に大きく、脅威を感じたときに本当に強力だからです。
しかし、ありがたいことに、想像されていたようなアクションシーンは実際には起こらず、物事はかなり穏やかでした。
