240410 適正数値への道(体重・体脂肪率編)

さて
減量は始まった訳ですが
今回は密度を上げる為に
期間を設けたいと想って居ます

お題目は僕にも言えます
問題は実行です
僕の様な人間にも
遣り遂げられるルール作りが
肝要だと考えています

4か月
以降はパワー期間とシて
6~8か月継続
また4か月の減量
という繰り返し

を試して見たいです

12か月で一回りだと
経験上どうにも
飽きが来やすいので

12か月に足らぬサイクル
を設定シておいて

今後
上手に減量デキる様にナったら
減量期間を短くして…

イケたら好いなぁ
と考えています(*´σー`)エヘヘ

最大の課題は
如何に”自分“という人間を
飼い馴らしていくか
と認識しています

本当は
あの眠気を

一気に体重が減る
あの眠気をキャッチして

床に入って
ドスンドスンと
減量デキたら…

とは想うんですが
ナカナカ想うに任せないので
今回ばかりは

あの眠気をスペシャルボーナス
位に考えて
進んで行かねばナるまい
と考えて居ます
