通い慣れた街に、新たなFavoriteスポットを発見。と言うよりは教えて頂いた。

@light__koenji さんへ。

以前、Barでバイトをしていた事もあり、リキュールやウイスキーなど、それなりに種類を見ていましたが、ここでは初見の銘柄ばかり。

★DON PAPA
2012年に国を挙げて開発されたフィリピン初のプレミアムラム。ショ糖を含む割合が世界一つと言われるネグロス島のさとうきびを100%使用し、蒸留、熟成され作られています。

★Le Gin de Christian Drouin　
古くからカルヴァドスを製造するクリスチャン・ドルーアン社によるアップルスピリッツ使用のプレミアムジン。

★g'Vine Gin Floraison
コニャック産の白ブドウを蒸留したスピリッツに、9つのボタニカルとユニ･ブランの花のエッセンスが溶け込んだ神秘的なジン。

お店は拘り抜いたウィスキーが豊富な事は勿論、家具やレコードなど、趣味や嗜好が行き届いた店内は居心地が良く、バーテンダーとして長年ご経験を積まれたオーナーさんに提供して頂く一杯は最高です。たまには気の知れた仲間としっぽり呑むのも良いですね。また是非遊びに行かせて頂きます。

 ★ g'Vine Gin Floraison
 A mysterious gin with nine botanicals and the essence of Uni Blanc flowers blended into the spirits of distilled cognac white grapes.

 The shop is not only rich in whiskey, but the interior is cozy with furniture, records and other hobbies and tastes, and the owner who has many years of experience as a bartender is the best. is.  Sometimes it's good to swallow with like-minded friends.  I will definitely go to play again.
