はじめまして。
相談屋さんを始めようと思っている、アジ、です。

最近、会社で数十人の部下を持つようになりました。
そのなかで、５５才オーバーの部下がいるのですが、このまえ「役職定年」のお知らせ面談をしました。
なんと、給料が半分になっちゃう…

自分は上司の立場だから、伝えないといけない辛さはあるけど、伝えられた方の立場になると、まだまだ生きなきゃいけないのに、給料半分て…

そういう経験から、定年のない、手に職を持たないといけないなと思って、NOTEを書き始めています。

ぼくは、金融機関とコンサルの会社を経験していて、ずっと企画の仕事をやってきました。なので、新しいことを前に進めるサポートをするのが得意です。

とはいえ、いきなり相談乗ります！お金ください！はどうやっても成り立たないので、まずはこんなことをやっていこうと思ってます。

①友だちの独立サポートでやっていることをNOTEで公開
②それを見て、相談したいと思ってくれた人の無料相談に乗る

ゆくゆくは、その相談によって、小さな売上を立てられることを目標にします。

Nice to meet you. I’m Aji, and I’m thinking of starting a consultation service. "Aji" is short for "Aji-furai", which means fried horse mackerel in japanese, and I chose this name because I like it.

Recently, I became in charge of dozens of subordinates at work. Among them, there are some who are over 55 years old, and I had a meeting with them the other day to inform them of their “retirement from managerial positions”. To my surprise, their salaries will be halved…

I’m in a position of a boss, so I have to tell them, and it’s hard, but when I put myself in their shoes, I have to live for a long time, but my salary is halved…

From such an experience, I thought that I need to have a skill that does not depend on retirement, so I started writing on NOTE.

I have experience in a financial institution and a consulting company, and I have been doing planning work all the time. So, I’m good at supporting people to move forward with new things.

However, I can’t just say, “I’ll listen to your problems! Please pay me!” So, I’m thinking of doing something like this first.

① Publish on NOTE what I’m doing to support my friends’ independence
② Listen to free consultations from people who see it and want to talk to me

Eventually, I aim to make a small revenue from those consultations.
