わたしはみ言葉を与えられて、
それを食べました。
み言葉は、わたしに喜びとなり、心の楽しみとなりました。
万軍の神、主よ、わたしは、あなたの名をもって／となえられている者です。

信仰者はダニエルのように一日の3度の神との交流（祈り＝霊的食事）の時間を取りたいですね。
Believers want to take time to interact with God
(prayer = spiritual meal) three times a day like Daniel.

この聖句から、信仰者が学ぶべき教訓は、神の言葉を学び、それを実践することです。
信仰者は、神の言葉を食べるように、それを自分の内部に取り込むことが必要です。
これにより、信仰者は神の言葉を理解し、それに従って行動することができます。
聖書に記されている「十戒」は神の命令です。この律法を学び、それに従って行動することが求められています。
例えば、第5戒「父と母を敬え」は、愛の親子関係の基本で、幸いな家族を築きます。
第７戒「姦淫してはならない」は、不倫をや浮気をしない結婚関係の基本で、幸いな家庭を築きます。
第8戒「盗んではならない」は、正しい労働と収益を得る基本で、繫栄した家庭を築きます。
それらに従うことで、家庭も労働も楽しいものとなり、神の栄光を表す人生を生きる喜びの基になります。
私は、神の言葉を信じ従って、神を礼拝する幸いな人生をおくりたいと祈ります。
 
The lesson to be learned by the believer from this passage of Scripture is to study the Word of God and put it into practice.
The believer needs to take it into his or her inner being, just as one eats the Word of God.
This enables the believer to understand God's Word and act accordingly.
The "Ten Commandments" in the Bible are God's commands. We are required to study this law and act accordingly.
For example, the 5th commandment, "Honor your father and mother," is the basis of a loving parent-child relationship and builds a happy family.
The seventh commandment, "Thou shalt not commit adultery," is the basis of a marriage relationship that is free from adultery and unfaithfulness, and builds a blessed family.
The Eighth Commandment, "Thou shalt not steal," is the basis of righteous labor and earning, which builds a mellow and prosperous family.
Following them makes both home and work enjoyable and is the basis for joy in living a life that shows the glory of God.
I pray that I will believe and obey God's Word and live a blessed life worshipping Him.
