あなたがたは、それぞれ賜物をいただいているのだから、
神のさまざまな恵みの良き管理人として、それをお互のために役立てるべきである。

信仰者はお互いにそれぞれの賜物を用いて調和のとれた平和の人生を奏でます。

1.賜物の認識と活用:
信仰者は神からさまざまな賜物を授かっています。これには知識、才能、資源、時間、そして精神的な資産が含まれます。ある人は音楽の才能を持っているかもしれません。その人は礼拝チームで歌ったり、教会の音楽プログラムを支えたりすることで、賜物を活用できます。

This scripture advises believers to be good stewards of God's gifts.
1. Recognizing and Utilizing the Gifts:
Believers are endowed by God with a variety of gifts. These include knowledge, talents, resources, time, and spiritual assets. One person may have a gift of music. He/she can use his/her gifts by singing on the worship team or supporting the church's music program.
2. Attitude of Service:.
An attitude of service is important in order to use our gifts for the benefit of one another. We may use our gifts to serve others through service in our church or community, acts of kindness to our neighbors, or charitable activities.
3. obedience to God's will:.
Believers should utilize their gifts according to God's will, not their own desires. Those who have funds are following God's will by using them for the work of God's Kingdom and for the poor.
4. role in the community of faith:.
As members of a community, believers should play a role in helping, growing, and supporting one another. I may use my gifts to support the church and my fellow believers.
I pray that we will utilize our gifts for the glory of God and practice serving one another.
