231121 (真意での)ダイエット~穀物編~

腎臓に出たので
いい機会だからと
食生活を書き換えてみて

特にゼロ目標
とシていた穀物
特に搗精度の低いモノ
を実際に食べ始めてみて

色々な事が分かったので
あくまでも僕の感想ですが
雑感を認めようと想います


まず最初に
自分のドベネクの桶は
まだまだ欠けていたのだ
と謂う事です

圧倒的な腹持ち
しかも胃で一気に
酸食サれない所為からか
食道を逆流して
来難くナりました

ドベネクの桶は
前よりも満たされて居る故か
一日のトータル摂取量も
グッと減りました

前は幾らかの辛抱を含んだ
一日一食でしたが
もし自分の好きな時間に眠れるなら
全く堪えない感じに就寝できます

残念ながら今は
だいぶ夜更かしシないとナらず
就寝前に強烈な空腹感が有ります

でもコレは
夜更かし故の事象なので
早寝で解決できそうです(^^)v

Unfortunately now
I have to stay up late a lot.
I feel very hungry before going to bed

But this happened because I stayed up late.
I think it can be solved by going to bed early (^^)v
