5月24日

Today,
I ate "Kakesoba" at Umeda,Osaka.

"Kakesoba" means soba noodle in hot broth.(and a little cut green onion and fish paste etc...)
It is simple soba.

But,
the Kakesoba I ate today was with Japanese parsley and Yuzu peel.

Both Japanese parsley and Yuzu peel are fragrant.

People that ordered Kakesoba think "Kakesoba is simple".

Kakesoba should be simple.
Why is it with Japanese parsley and Yuzu peel??
