【Bloomberg】ウォルマートとディズニーは、従業員がワクチン接種を拒んだときに強硬な姿勢を取る方針：Walmart, Disney Get Tough on Unvaccinated Staff Amid Delta Surge

FacebookやGoogle等の大手IT企業が、オフィス出社を再開させるために従業員にワクチン接種を進めていく動きを前回の記事で書きました。

この記事では、IT企業だけでなくウォルマートやディズニーのような他業界の企業も従業員のワクチン接種を前提としたオペレーションを成立させようとしていることを言及しています。

ウォルマートでは、体質および宗教の理由などでワクチン接種を行いたくないという意向を従業員側が示して、例外措置を認めることはアリうるとのことです（現時点で対象となる従業員は本社や主要な拠点に限られるようです）。

しかし、同社が例外として認めなかったにも関わらず、ワクチン接種を従業員サイドが拒否した場合は、解雇になるケースも出てくるようです（汗）
