心象 Imagery vol.2 凍てつく世界で、共鳴する脈動 Resonating, pulse of life

2月に入り、立春が過ぎたものの、岩手の北に位置する八幡平では、まだ一年でもっとも凍れる（しばれる）真冬の時期。

秋からずっと、年を明けてもなお日に日に寒さが増していくのに、2月はどれほど寒いかといえば、もはや寒いというよりキーンと凍りつくような感覚。顔などピリピリ痛くなります。

日中も外は氷点下のまま震える日々ですが、それでもやはり私は冬が好き。

ITLFローカルコーディネーター・ガイドの阿部が、岩手・八幡平で日々感じること、これからツアーやプログラムを通して皆さんにお伝えしたいことを一個人の"心象"として描くシリーズ。Vol.2の今回は、"世界が白く凍てつくこの時期ならではの感覚と美しさ"をお伝えします。

February has begun and although Risshun, or the beginning of spring, has passed, Hachimantai, which is in the north of Iwate, is still experiencing the coldest wintertime of the year.

From autumn onwards, it has become colder day by day, especially after the new year, but the cold of February feels more freezing rather than just being cold. It makes my face tingle.

Even during the daytime, the temperature outside is below freezing, but even so, I still like winter.

In this series, ITLF local coordinator guide, Fumiko Abe will bring to you a description of everyday life in Iwate and Hachimantai, and what message we want to convey to everyone through upcoming tours and programs. In this issue, Vol.2, we will tell you about "the feeling and beauty of this time when the world freezes white".

共鳴する脈動 Resonating pulse of life 

風が巡り、雲が生まれ、雨が降り、雪が舞う

そこにいる私もまた風に吹かれ、雲に覆われ、雨に濡れ、

冬にはこの真っ白な世界の一部となって、震える

雪が降るとやってくる、すべての音を吸い込む静けさ

呼吸すると、からだの中まで透き通るような空気

夜空の天幕に散りばめられた、ダイヤモンドのような星々

白銀の上に映し出される、樹木と私の青い影

澄み切った音がするような光が、すべてを包む朝

Wind blows, clouds forms, rains and snow falls,

I'm blown by the wind, covered with clouds, and wet in the rain.

In winter I also become part of this whole white world, and tremble in the cold.

Snow falls and all sounds are vacuumed into it, so only silence prevails.

With each breathe, the clear air penetrates my body.

Diamond-like stars twinkling above, spread in the tent of the night sky.

The full moons light creates blue shadows of  the trees and me on the white slate.

In the morning, the sunrises shower makes everything sparkle.

視界いっぱいに広がる景色が

感覚に浸透し、心から溢れて流れ出す

その場そのときとつながり

世界と自分の境目もなくなって

ここにいる、ここにある、変化し続ける、とどめておけない

その美しさに心を震わせ、思い出す

そうだった

この震えこそ、生きていること

音、光、波、振動

変化して、とどめておけない、生命そのもの

The scenery that expands across the horizon permeates your senses and overflow from your heart.

Connecting with the moments, the boundary between the world and oneself disappears.

It is here, I am here, everything is constantly changing, and nothing stops.

The beauty of nature shakes my heart and reminds me.

The tremble of the cold is proof that you are alive.

Sound, light, waves, vibration

They are the life itself, life that is continually changing and cannot be stopped.

風が巡り、雲が生まれ、雨が降り、雪が舞い、地を鎮め

雪が解け、土が潤い、水が流れる

互いに震え、呼応する

ゆらめき、波打ち、つながり、溢れて、伝わる

生命の脈動

私のからだに血を巡らせ

いっそう鼓動を響かせる

命の連動

Wind blows, clouds form, rains and snow falls.

The snow melts, the soil moistens, and the water flows.

They encourage, inspire and calm the world.

Trembling and responding to each other.

Shaking, rippling, connecting, overflowing, transmitting

This is the pulsation of life

It resonates with the heartbeat and pulse in your body.

Linking lives together

この現実、世界がいまもここにあること

この心臓が、動いていること

この脈動が、また自然に還り巡ること

それを感じて生きること

きっとこれが、目に見えてもわからず、求めてもなかなか見つけられずにいた、あの不安や問いの答え。

ここは、それが感じられるところ

This reality, the world as it is now.

This heartbeat and pulsation return to nature, interacts and circulates again.

Feel it and as you live.

I'm sure this is the answer to the anxiety and question that I hadn't been able to see or find for a long time.

This is where you can feel it.
