I am just humble to receive this God’s luck that I am live in safe area.
Wherever I an, I do what I do practically to make myself happy in order to make my surrounding remember smile and gratitude for life as it is.

Tomatoes, squashes, young beans are getting ready in this week, and fresh greens are striving in my tiny little garden.

Bright vivid colors of veggies always nutrients us .

- multiple grains and beans rice

-carrot and burdock Ribbon salad with tarragon

purple potato salad with fresh coriander
- Cucumber/sun-dried daikon radish press salad

私の住む地域ではその影響を免れており天の計らいに頭を垂れる思いです。
店頭には色とりどりの実野菜、自宅の菜園には鮮やかな緑。
タップリの雨と温度が夏場に貴重な葉物を瑞々しく繁らしてくれており、毎日のグリーンスムージーとお味噌汁に役立ってくれています。
お客様用のよそ行きにはタップリの彩に🌿の香りを添えたお食事。
ご飯は豆の割合多めで、同じデンプン質でもお腹に軽い仕上がりにしています。
