こんにちは、JPort by SPeak corp.代表 唐橋です! JPortの国際色豊かなチームメンバーやアンバサダー全員を代表して、みなさんに感謝の気持ちと2020年活動報告-2021年ご挨拶をいたします。そして何よりも、コロナ禍でみなさんが素晴らしい年末年始を健康に過ごされることを心から願っています！
Hello everyone! I'm Hiromi Karahashi, founder-CEO of JPort by SPeak corp. On behalf of our JPort international and diversed team members / ambassadors, I would like to show our appreciation and report you what we did in 2020 and our greetings for 2021. At last but not least, wish you all have a great holiday season staying healthy under the current situation!

いつもJPortJournalの記事やウェビナー、JPort Match（就活マッチングサービス）をご利用いただきありがとうございます！コロナ禍の中でも、１年間、『JPort』(Japan's Port) という、Global Students のための、Global Studentsによる、Global Studentsのコミュニティをみなさんと一緒に作れたことがなによりも、2020年の最高の出来事でした！
Thank you always for enjoying articles / online events on JPortJournal.com & connecting with companies on JPortMatch.com! Despite being in one of the toughest time of mankind under covid-19, the best thing for us in 2020 is that we, together with students, have built a community "JPort", Japan's Port, for Global Students, by Global Students, of Global Students in Japan.
ご報告① Onlineキャリア支援 JPort for 800+ Students under the pandemic
▼コロナ対策：オンラインで800名以上のグローバルな学生のキャリアを支援 Onlie Career support under Covid-19 for more than 800+ students in Japan
2020年3月ごろから、コロナが猛威をふるい、学校に行けない・日本から母国に帰れない・母国から日本に戻って来れない学生のみなさんから、JPort Student Support Team へとても多くの学生から「就活に困っている・不安」という声が届き始めました。だからオンラインで1-1キャリア相談・学生団体とのコラボイベント・JPort主催イベント・企業共催イベントを全部オンラインで実施しました（全て学生は参加無料）。これからもJPortは「圧倒的学生視点」に立って、さまざまな活動を継続していきます！
We started receiving messages from young global students in Japanese universities around March 2020 saying that "How should I do 就活? / Really worried about 就活" since many can't go to school / can't go back to own country / can't come back to Japan under Covid-19. JPort team decided to host ONLINE event on our own, collaboration with many student organizations / with companies. (free of charge for student users)
1. 就活101 / 就活Academy：このイベントから就活を始めた学生もたくさんいました！ コロナ禍でキャリアセンターへのアクセスもなくなってしまった特に地方有名大学の学生を中心に数多くの学生の就活の悩みに向き合いました。Many students started their job-hunting journey from this event! Under the pandemic, we have tried to support students' job-hunting issues by hosting this event online. Participants joined from various famous universities all over Japan.
2. 日系 vs 外資 : SPeak with Senpai
JPort by SPeak corp による初主催イベントとなりましたが、110名以上の学生が申し込み、ディスカッションも大変盛り上がりました。Senpaiの方々のディスカッションに質問が溢れる、活気のあるイベントとなりました。 This event was JPort by SPeak corp's 1st independent event, yet more than 110+ students participated and had fruitful discussion. Online room was full of questions asking the senpais about their experiences / knowledge.
3. コラボイベント Collaboration Event
日本全国のさまざまの学生団体の代表や担当の方々やアンバサダーのみなさんに、JPort by SPeak corp.のミッションに共感いただき、合計18回のコラボイベントを全てオンラインで実施。ご協力いただいたみなさま・Senpaiのみなさま心よりありがとうございました。 Thanks to numerous student organizations' presidents / representatives & ambassadors who agrees with JPort by SPeak corp's mission, we have hosted 18 collaboration events all online. Thank you once again for everyone who made this possible.
Hult Prize Japanとのパートナーシップを記念したイベントには、SDGsに関心を持つ大学生が国籍を問わず数多く参加。JPortはHult Prizeの数多くの大学の参加者へ向けて、JPort by SPeak corp 代表が起業家視点・キャリアコーチングの視点からも共催イベントを数多く開催しました。
ご報告② 学生ユーザー2,000名突破! ／ More than 2K Students are now using JPort!
グローバル新卒向け就活情報サイト「JPortJournal.com」を2019年9月に開設してから、多くの日本で学ぶ外国籍留学生やバイリンガル日本国籍を中心にコンテンツを高評価いただき、利用ユーザー2,000名を突破しました。すでに3,000名に近づく勢いで継続的に急成長しています！大学３・４年生だけでなく、院生や大学１・２年生もコンテンツを利用しています。とある有名大学では、就活生の50%以上がJPortをご利用いただいています。
Since Septemeber 2019, we have been running a web-media tailor-made for Young Global Students in Japan, JPortJournal.com. Thankfully, more than 2,000 students, mainly international students and bilingual Japanese students in Japanese universities, are enjoying the contents. JPortJouranl is a growing media attracting more and more young global students attention reaching 3,000 students in the near future. Not only 就活 students but also 1st and 2nd year students are using JPort as well. More than 50% of 就活 young global students at a well-known university are using JPort as their guide to career in Japan.
ご報告③ 就活・新卒マッチングサービス『JPort Match 』提供開始
2020年12月に、グローバルな学生の就活・採用をBorderlessに・カンタンにするために、JPortMatchをリリースしました。すでにJPortMatchで会社と学生がマッチングして出会い、2022卒で選考に進んでいる学生も出ています！

December 2020, we have launched JPort Match, direct job-matching platform to make 就活 / recruitment of young global students in Japan more borderless and easier. There are 2022 graduating students who successfully matched with companies on JPort Match proceeding to selection process!
JPort x 企業 オンライン座談会
12月にJPort Matchをリリース後、まもなく正式導入企業であるMIKI HOUSE様とコラボイベントを開催。日本全国の大学から数多くのが学生が参加し、MIKI HOUSE様の新卒採用担当者やSenpai社員の方とのPremium Global Seminar を実施しました。満足度も非常に高いオンラインイベントとなりました。
HR業界の方々にもご支援をいただいています
JPort by SPeak corp のメンバーはボーダーレスで優秀なメンバーが集まっていますが、私たちだけで社会を変える（Borderless Japan構想）ことはできません。そんな中で、HR業界でご活躍される4名の方に、JPort Global Contributorとして「Borderless Japan」構想にご賛同をいただいています。
今後は、HR業界や採用部門の責任者・担当者の方に向けて情報発信をさせていただきます。
2021年ごあいさつ ／ Resolution for 2021
2021年、JPort by SPeak corp. は会社として新たなステージに登ります。
変えないことは、Mission-Vision-Core Valuesをユーザー（学生＆企業）の方々に向けて実行しつづけること。圧倒的学生視点に立ったキャリアメディアの運営、ユーザー視点にたったマッチングサービスの運営・改善、Borderelss Japanを実現するための価値提供。
2021年は、より結果にコミットし、会社としてもメンバー全員がさらに成長していきます。JPort Match を通じて、笑顔になる学生ユーザー・企業ユーザーを増やすことにコミットしていきます。
2020年はたくさんの方々に支えられた1年で、本当にありがとうございました。
2021年も全力でチームメンバー一同、価値提供してまいります。
In 2021, JPort by SPeak corp. will climb up another step as a company.
What we will NOT change is to keep executing what needs to be done for our users (students / companies) in align with our mission-vision-value, to manage the career media standing in the students' perspectives 100%, and to manage and improve the matching service in the interests of users.
What we will focus in 2021 is to commit to the results and to grow as a collective selves. We will make sure to put smiles on student-users and company-users face by their experience on JPort Match.
Once again, we'd like to show my appreciation for everyone's support in 2020.
We will strive to provide values to you all as a collective team in 2021.
