Moving

I’ve finally decided to move to Australia this Autumn, depending on how things fall into place with my work situation or visa application. Right now, I'm just trying to commit to my decision. I have a bunch of concerns about life there, like finding a job, housing, making plans for when I return. To be completely honest, I’m desperately scared of failing, even though I haven't even begun the journey yet.

I'm wondering which part of Australia would be perfect for us. I have three options so far: Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth. For me, living in Gold Coast feels like a dream coz you can catch glimpse of the sea and beautiful sunset from everywhere. Brisbane, being the third largest city in Australia, might be more suitable for job hunting, and its combination of city and nature is also appealing. Having a friend in Perth, whom I've known through an app lives there, could be helpful for me when living in an unfamiliar place.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work out for me.
