散文集：記憶達「与えられる自由」

記憶：「与えられる自由」
　自由には責任が伴うと聞きました。そうでしょう。どのような責任でしょうか。モラルだと思います。倫理的責任。
　テクノロジーが進むにつれて、様々な自由が人間に提供されていきます。自由と選択肢と能力。
　交通手段。早く・柔軟に移動することができる自由。
　兵器。どんな人間でも倒すことができる選択肢。
　インターネット。東西南北どこでも情報にアクセルできる能力。
　編集技術。デジタルとして、どんな現実でも創造できる力。

自由。同時に、力という言葉を代入できます。力を使うのであれば、結果が伴います。でも、すぐに、技術発展が進むにつれて、その結果からも逃れる自由を獲得できるのでしょう。さらに、機械化と持続可能な生産技術が進んで、各個人が一人で生きていける世界にもなるのかもしれません。

個人の自由が強大になった時、コミュニティーや、政府は必要とされるのでしょうか。
　されるべきだともいます。責任を司るために。誰かが個人の自由を他者に強要しようとした時に、またはする前に、倫理的責任を教育と公共の力を行使して個人の自由を守るために、必要とされると思います。ただし、その規模が小さくなるのか、または大きくなるのかは、まだ分かりません。自由を追求する衝突は常に存在するのかもしれません。衝突した時に、会話をして、お互いの自由を譲り合うという選択肢が存在し続けるために、言論の自由はあるのだと思います。
　風邪がなかなか治らないからこんなこと書いてます。

Memory: Given Freedom
Freedom comes with responsibility, so I’ve heard. For sure, yeah. What kind of responsibility is that though? Moral code maybe? Responsibility on morality.
As technology progresses, many types of freedom will be provided. Freedom, ability, and choice.
Transportation: Freedom to move so fo fast and flexibly.
Weapon: Choice to defeat any human being.
Internet: Ability to access any information anywhere.
Editing: Power to create any digital reality.
Freedom...Parallelly, it can be replaced with the word "power". Using power comes with consequences. Soon, you may acquire the technological ability to get away from that consequence too. As automation and sustainable supply technology develop, each individual may be able to live by oneself. 

When the freedom of each person has become so powerful would communities or government be needed?
I think these institutions should be needed in order to symbolize responsibility. When someone tries to force others one particular freedom, or before that happens, moral responsibility needs to be enforced by education and public power in order to protect individual freedom. I think it will be required.  I don’t know if that will be a big or small scale, but the conflict to pursuit freedom seems to be ubiquitous. I think that is why freedom of speech should exist as we are guaranteed to be able to have a choice to find a middle ground by discourse when a conflict happens.

I am writing this because my cold won't leave me at all.
