Over the past few months, I've had the privilege of embarking on a dynamic internship journey that has taken me from the digital realm of Social Media and Public Relations (SNS PR) to the hands-on world of product packing and shipping. The experiences I've gained during this time have been nothing short of eye-opening, and I'm excited to share them with you in this blog post.

My internship began with a focus on SNS PR, where I dived into the complexities of the digital landscape. This part of my internship taught me the power of storytelling in the digital age and the art of connecting with a global audience.

One of the most intriguing aspects of my internship was the opportunity to step into the shoes of a server at KAWA KITCHEN. This role provided me with firsthand experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality. I honed my skills in effective communication, multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service. What made this experience truly unique was the fusion of my SNS PR skills with the restaurant environment. I found myself crafting not just online narratives but real-world experiences that left a lasting impression on customers.

I quickly realized that this aspect of the job was far from mundane; it was an opportunity to extend our brand's care and appreciation to every customer. I discovered that the art of packaging was a subtle yet powerful form of customer engagement.
