【未来の自分を救う方法】Day58

♦最近の気づき昨日久しぶりにジムに行きました。

ずっとスポーツをしていた自分にとって体を動かさないことはなんだか違和感があることなので、昨日はジムに行って体を動かしてきました。

現在コロナウイルスの影響で、ジムには人数制限がかけられています。

僕は昼の時間帯を狙っていったのですが、ジムには多くの人たちで溢れかえっていました。

人数の多さに驚きました。

「最近結構人が増えているんですか」と
