git cloneだとうまく行かなかったけどzipファイルだとうまく行った
環境：
Ubuntu 20.04
git 2.17.0
git cloneを使うと何度やっても辞書ファイルがlibexecに入らなかった(そもそもインストールされなかった)のだが、諦めてzipファイルでインストールしたら1発だった
