長期インターン生の松原です。今日は苦ではないと思っていた業務でちょっとしたミスをしてしまったことについて、反省を書いていこうと思います。

I'm Matsubara, a long-term intern. Today, I'd like to write a reflection on a small mistake I made in a job I thought was not hard to do.

Public Relations Channel without permission

勝手に広報チャンネルとは、プラスカラーの代表佐久間さんと取締役の斉藤さんが、気になる企業を勝手に広報していくYouTubeチャンネルです。最近名前を聞くようになった企業、CMを見るようになった企業など気になる企業を取り上げています。私は台本作成のための情報収集やnote記事の下書きなどを担当しています。
目標は企業リサーチを2つ終えることが目標です。

This is a YouTube channel where Plus Color's CEO, Mr. Sakuma, and his director, Mr. Saito, promote the companies they are interested in. We feature companies we've recently heard of or seen commercials for, among other things, companies we're interested in. I'm in charge of collecting information and drafting notes for the script.
My goal is to complete two corporate research projects.

得意だからこそ小さなミスはもったいない
I'm good at it, and I don't want to waste a small mistake

今日の反省点は下書き作業でケアレスミスがあったことです。今までnoteの下書き業務は、苦ではない作業でした。そのため、素早く終わらせて苦手なリサーチ業務に時間をまわそうと考えていました。しかし今日は休憩後に台本の下書きし忘れに気づいたり、リンクがはれていなかったり、日報の管理シートに記入し忘れていたりと、小さなミスを連発してしまいました。

一方で文章の作成スピードが上がったことは良かったと思います。
今回アドレカレッジの案内文を作成しました。インターンをはじめたての頃、似たような業務としてスカウト文作成を行っていました。その時は作成に2時間くらい時間がかかっていましたが、今日は1時間ほどで作成できたので成長だと思います。

Today's reminder is that I made a careless mistake in the drafting process. Up until now, drafting work for notes has not been a painful task. So I thought I'd get it done quickly so I could spend more time on research work, which I'm not good at.
But today, after a break, I made a series of small mistakes, such as realizing I forgot to draft a script, didn't cover the links, and forgot to fill out the daily report control sheet.

On the other hand, I think it's a good thing that my writing speed has improved. I created an introductory letter for Adre College this time. When I first started my internship, I had a similar task of creating a scouting letter.
At that time, it took me about two hours to create it, but today I was able to create it in about an hour, so I think I've grown a lot.

まとめ
Summary

今後も下書き業務があるので安定して業務ができるように、業務のリスト化していくことを徹底したいと思います。
次回インターンではNOZOKIMI（ノゾキミ）のPV確認の業務が定例業務としてあり、またお手紙の封入作業も進めていきたいと思います。その時間を作るために、効率の良さと情報の正確性を意識しながら、リサーチ2社完了を目標に頑張りたいと思います。

We will continue to have draft work to do, so I want to make sure that we have a list of tasks to do so that we can do them in a stable manner.
In my next internship, I will have the regular task of confirming NOZOKIMI's PV, and I will also be working on enclosing letters. In order to make time for this, I will do my best to complete my research on the two companies while being aware of the efficiency and accuracy of the information.
