節分の日にリトアニアの味を楽しむ：夢の種まきイベントのメニュー紹介

また2月3日は日本でも節分ですので、吉方位を向いて願いを込めて太巻きを食べる食文化があります。そこでリトアニアから日本に来てくださって、この日に出会う素晴らしいご縁を共に楽しむ一日として、リトアニアと日本の友好関係を込めて、リトアニアの国旗の色にちなんだ食材で太巻きを作りましょう。そしてみんなのそれぞれの願いが叶いますように吉方位を向きながら頂きましょう

当日はお料理先生でもありますクリスティーナ・ジキエナ大使夫人が皆さんと一緒に作ります。

Enjoying Lithuanian Flavors on Setsubun Day: Menu Preview for the Dream-Seeding Event

Today, we would like to share the dishes that we will be preparing together on the event day:

Pea Soup
Lithuanian-style Crepes

Additionally, February 3rd is Setsubun, a special day in Japan when people eat Eho-maki (lucky direction sushi rolls) while facing a lucky direction and making wishes. To celebrate this day and the wonderful connection between Lithuania and Japan, we will create Eho-maki using ingredients inspired by the colors of the Lithuanian flag. While facing the lucky direction, we will enjoy our rolls and make wishes for everyone's dreams to come true.

On the day of the event, Kristina Zykiene, who is not only the Ambassador of Lithuania but also a cooking instructor, will join us to create these dishes together.
