前の二枚が剥がされたからまたこうやって貼りだしたんだろうけど……これも剥がされてたってAisyaから聞いた。

今日私はTelephone Mediation, 電話での調停があったんだけどQ&A, 質疑応答が成立しなくって実に半分以上の時間が無駄になったわ。
Mediator, 仲介人もどれだけ丁寧に話したことか、なのに逆ギレして食ってかかるとは。←この間のやりとりの激しさよ
はい、一旦これで切って改めっ！

New Zealandでは相手が誰にしろ、何にしろ、こうして第三者を入れての話し合いがしやすいようになってるし、日本の法テラスに当たる感じのLegal aid, 法律扶助もある。
けど外国人のVISA関連では使えない。
例えばVISAの申請とかImmigration and Protection Tribunal, 移民保護裁判所の案件とか。
例外で言えばAsylum Seekers, 庇護希望者はImmigration Specialist/Barristerをつけたりするのに使える。
「"Barrister"はコーヒーを入れる人のことじゃないの？」
それ"Barista"！
弁護士は英語でLawyerもしくはBarristerとも呼ばれますん。

大体は前に話したCommunity Law Centre, コミュニティー法律センターかCitizens Advice Bureau, 市民相談室他にNZ Police, Work and Incomeだと苦情を申し入れる窓口があって、けどそこでも解決つきそうにないって場合にはthe Ombudsman, オンブズマン制度があるから。
