円、対ユーロ１５年ぶり安値 一時１５９円台半ば 金融政策の違いで
２２日の外国為替市場で円が対ユーロで下落し、一時１ユーロ＝１５９円台半ばを付けた。２００８年９月以来、およそ１５年ぶりの円安・ユーロ高水準。
積極的な金融引き締めを続ける欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）に対し、日銀は大規模な金融緩和策を維持。政策の方向性の違いを意識した円売り・ユーロ買いが膨らんでいる。
三菱ＵＦＪモルガン・スタンレー証券の植野大作チーフ為替ストラテジストは「政府・日銀による円買い・ドル売り介入が警戒されるなか、対ドルに比べ対ユーロのほうが円安が進みやすい」と指摘する。
２４～２６日に国際経済シンポジウム「ジャクソンホール会議」が開かれる。ＥＣＢのラガルド総裁が９月会合での利上げを示唆すれば円安・ユーロ高が進む可能性がある。

管理通貨制度において、金融政策だけは絶対に実施しなければこの世界の景気は乱高下してしまいます💦
ただし、この金融政策は国内だけにインパクトがあるわけではありません
自国を取り巻く外国の経済動向や貿易、為替レートなどに大きなインパクトをもたらすのです👍
変動相場制の国家同士だからこそ、金融政策の差異や景気の違いによって、インパクトが違うように思います👍
Mundell-Fleming Model🌟
The Mundell–Fleming model also known as the IS-LM-BoP model is an economic model first set forth (independently) by Robert Mundell and Marcus Fleming
The Mundell-Fleming Model (MFM) describes the workings of a small economy open to international trade in goods and financial assets and provides a framework for monetary and fiscal policy analysis
The model explains the causes of short-run fluctuations in aggregate income in an open economy
IS-LM-BoP モデルとしても知られるマンデル・フレミングモデルは、ロバート マンデルとマーカス フレミングによって最初に (独立して) 示された経済モデルになります👍
マンデルフレミング モデル (MFM) は、開放マクロ経済かつ小規模経済の仕組みを説明します
商品と金融資産を分析し、金融政策と財政政策の分析の枠組みを提示してくれます
このモデルは、硬直的な価格を想定していますので、開放経済における総所得の短期変動の原因を説明する点にご留意ください📝
The basic assumption of the model📝
1) The domestic rate of interest (r) is equal to the world rate of interest (r*)
2) There is a small open economy with perfect capital mobility
3) It assumes a fixed price level
The main prediction from the Mundell-Fleming model is that the behavior of an economy depends crucially on the exchange rate system it adopts- whether it operates a floating exchange rate system or a fixed exchange rate system
マンデル・フレミング モデルからの主な予測は、経済の動きは、その経済が採用する為替レートシステム、つまり変動為替レート システムを運用するか固定為替レートシステムを運用するかに大きく依存するというものです
The Open Economy IS Curve
In the Mundell-Fleming model, the market for goods and services is expressed by the following equation:(1)

Where all the terms have their usual meanings
Here investment depends on the world rate of interest r*
since r = r* and NX depends on the exchange rate(e) which is the price of a foreign currency in terms of domestic currency
すべての記号が通常の意味を持っている場合、小国の仮定より r = r* であるため、投資は世界金利 r* に依存し、NX は国内通貨で換算した外貨の価格である為替レート (e) に依存することになります
The Open Economy LM Curve
The equilibrium condition of the money market in the Mundell-Fleming model is expressed as an equation:(2)

since,r = r^*
$$
Here the supply of money(M) equals its demand and the demand for money varies inversely with r* and positively with Y
In this model, M remains exogenously fixed by the central bank
ここで、貨幣の供給(M)はその需要に等しく、貨幣の需要は国際利子率 r*に反比例し、Yに正に変化します
またこのモデルでは、Mは中央銀行によって外生的に固定されたままです
General Equilibrium of MFM
As the one shown in the below diagram-1, it depicts the general equilibrium of the goods market and the money market(IS-LM Analysis)
The equilibrium income (Y0) and exchange rate (e0) are determined simultaneously at point A where the IS and LM curves intersect
To conclude, the main message of the Mundell-Fleming model is that the effect of any economic policy
(fiscal, monetary, or trade) depends on the exchange rate system of the country under consideration
(i.e., whether the country is following a fixed or a floating exchange rate system)
結論として、マンデル・フレミングモデルの主なメッセージは、あらゆる経済政策 (財政、金融、貿易) の効果は、検討対象の国の為替レートシステム (つまり、その国が固定相場制か、それとも固定相場制か) に依存するということです
