The power of habit

今日は習慣について書きたいと思うんですが、どうせなら私が習慣としていることでやってみようと思います!

Thinking or writing in English is something I've been doing for a long time now. I started journaling when I was in high school as a part of my homework for the English conversation class that I used to go.

At first my writing skill was horrible and I even tried to skip it somehow but the more I tried writing, the more it got easier.
It's been for about five years, and my English is still not perfect but at least it's not that hard to write in English and I'm not afraid of making a mistake.

When you get used to think in English, you eventually stop to translate Japanese into English, and I think that's when your English start to improve a lot. By keep using English constantly, I sometimes feel more comfortable talking in English than Japanese.

And it might sound weird but there are words that can't be described in Japanese but in English, of course sometimes it's other way around.
So I do use both in a sentence and mum called me "ルー大柴".

But honestly my head is like that and I don't mind doing it. hehe

I am proud of myself for doing this habit for a long time and hopefully this habit helps someone reading this.

Thank you so much for reading it and would love to hear any questions or advice if you have any.

Please let me know in the comment or DM me on my Instagram.

LOVE❤️
