丹波の旅 -part1-

丹波の旅 -part1-
As I mentioned the other day, I went to Tamba city last Monday day to join a special beer event.
（先日お伝えしたように、先週の月曜日、スペシャルなビールのイベントに参加するために丹波まで行ってきました）
I was originally planning on visiting two breweries, Yamana Shuzo and Nishiyama Shuzojo before the event, but on my way to Amagasaki station, where I was going to switch trains to take Takarazuka line, I decided to change the plan.
（当初は、イベント前に山名酒造さん、西山酒造場さんの2つの酒蔵に行くつもりでしたが宝塚線に乗り換える尼崎駅に向かう途中でプランを変えることにしました）
While googling some information about Tamba, I discovered that there are two more sake breweries I could possibly visit before the two breweries above mentioned.
（丹波についての情報をググっている間に、行けそうな酒蔵があと2つあることを発見しました）
One is called Kariichiba Shuzo, and the other is Homei Shuzo.
（1つは狩一場酒造さんで、もう１つは鳳鳴酒造さんでした）
Considering that my final destination was Kaibara station and train runs only once an hour around the area, I thought I had to make sure that my itinerary was very organized so that I could explore each place efficiently.
（私の最終目的地が柏原駅なのと、丹波周辺は電車が1時間に1本しか走っていないということを考慮すると、各場所を効率よく散策するために旅程をしっかり組んでおかないといけないと思いました）
As a result, I came to this conclusion.
（結果、こんな結論にいたりました）
I make the first stop at Karibaichi Shuzo, and then visit Homei Shuzo, Yamana Shuzo, Nishiyama Shuzojou and finally travel to the final destination, Kaibara station.
（まずは狩一場酒造さん。それから、鳳鳴酒造さん、山名酒造さん、西山酒造場さん、そして最後に柏原駅へ）
That way, I thought I could spend my time the most wisely and make the most of my stay in the region on that day.
（そうすることで、一番賢く時間が使え、その日丹波での滞在を最大限に活かせると思いました）
So, for today, I'm going to talk about a spot I first dropped by, Karibaichi Shuzo.
（なので今日は、最初に立ち寄った場所、狩一場酒造さんのことについてお話したいと思います）
I got off the train at a station called Furuichi and walked to the brewery for about ten minutes.
（古市駅で降り、酒蔵まで10分ほど歩きました）
It was very quiet and I only saw two cars passing by while walking.
（とても静かで、歩いている間、通り過ぎた車は2台だけでした）
It was super windy that day and what was worse, the wind was against me, so I felt like walking for more than twenty minutes.
（その日は風が強く、さらに向かい風だったので、20分以上歩いているような感覚でした）
Finally made it!
（やっと到着！）
There happened to be a sales representative inside the brewery-direct retail shop.
（直売所には営業担当の方が偶然おられました）
He was kind enough to serve as many as six different types of sake including, freshly pressed sake, cloudy sake and even 16-year-old aged sake.
（親切にも、しぼりたて、16年モノの熟成酒を含む6種類の日本酒を飲ませていただきました）
While tasting, I enjoyed having a small talk with him.
（試飲しながら、その方との楽しくお話しました）
I told him that I was thinking of doing a sake tour and bringing tourists from overseas to Tamba region.
（わたしは、"丹波でも日本酒ツアーをして海外のお客さんをつれてこれたらと思っています"、と話しました）
Then he offered to exchange business cards with me.
（すると、その方は名刺交換を提案してくださいました）
He said that if I call him beforehand, he will give us a small tour and show us inside the brewery.
（事前に電話を入れておけば、その方が酒蔵の中を見せてくださるとのことでした）
Before I left the brewery, I bought two different types of sake, cloudy sake and unpasteurized junmai sake.
（酒蔵を出る前、違うタイプの日本酒2本、にごり酒と生の純米酒を購入しました）
Next time I come back to this brewery, I think I'll be with my guests.
（次回狩一場酒造さんにお邪魔するときは、ゲストの方たちと一緒なはずです）
I'll give a hundred percent so that I can make it happen as soon as possible.（できるだけ早く実現できるように全力を注ぎたいと思います）
