Training report in the gym

I go to the gym twice a week.
Here is the record of today's activities.
●Running for 30minutes
●Bench press
60kg × 10 /3 set 
50kg ×10/ 3set
40kg ×10/ 3set
●Abdominal muscles 
It takes 1 hour to do this. I always do running and sit-ups.I feel good after working out and forget the bad things. feeling refreshed.
Tomorrow is the weekend. let's get through.
