#130 歌姫 Taylor Swift のWe are Never Ever Getting Back Together を歌えるように

長いタイトルですね（笑）。日本語に訳すと「私たちは絶対、絶対、復活しない」という、迷いつつも彼とは別れると自分に言い聞かせている歌です。

テイラー・スウィフトの変遷

テイラー・スウィフトというと、カントリー出身から「女の子の心情」を歌うポップ歌手に転身し、メガヒットを連発。その間、カニエ・ウェストとのバトル（テイラーが嘘をついていなかったことが明らかになり、汚名が晴れた）もありましたが、2018年のアメリカ中間選挙の頃から投票をよびかける政治色の強いメッセージを積極的に発信するようになりました。アクティビストと言ってもいいかもしれません。

「テイラー」の名にこめた両親の想い

「テイラー」という名前は本名です。男の子につけてもおかしくない名前をご両親が選んだ理由は、「女の子だということで社会に出て性差別を受けないように、男女どちらともにとれる名前をつけた」ということだったそうです。このエピソード、どこで知ったのか・・・ポッドキャストで聞いたのかもしれません。（元記事を探し当てられませんでした💦）
