June 12, 2024: My Letter to Myself in the Future (8) （未来の自分への手紙-8）

‘Good morning, MisaTK, how are you?’
‘I'm fine. Thank you.’
‘Soon this year will be half over. How was this half?’
‘Overall, I had good and bad things during the six months. Among them was Sanma-san’s play in January, which fascinated me the most. It revitalized me and helped me to keep a positive mind up to now. But I need something new and am now looking for a comedy show to be held near my home. I have also enjoyed reading. I am now enthralled by a French novel and have just finished reading the three-fifths.’
‘I see how you enjoyed this half. Do you have anything else to tell me?’
‘I am now satisfied with my current life. But I need something new that inspires me. In other words, I am looking for the things that make me struggle with very hard.’
‘Do you have anything specific you want to tell me?’
‘Yes. I am working hard to try to change or improve my articles to post on the blog site ‘note’. I began to try to make a fictitious story, but I have not yet been able to develop the storylines. So now, I am struggling with that and also trying something else that seems to help me to change or improve my articles. But, for now, I seem to need time to find the way that satisfies me. So, I am going to focus on this not only in July but also until I find the way. Finding the way is my top priority for now.’
‘Then, have you given up learning the IT programming language ‘Phyton’?’
‘Yes. I got rid of it from my priority list. I have also rearranged my daily routine to set aside time to improve my articles as much as possible.'
‘I see what you are going to do in July. Thank you for your time for the talk.’

「おはよう、MisaTK。元気か？」
「元気やで。ありがとう」
「ところで、もうすぐ今年も半分が終わるけど、この半年はどうやった？」
「全体としては、ええことも悪いこともあった半年やな。なかでも1月のさんまさんの舞台が一番楽しかったで。おかげで元気が出て、ずっと前向きな気持ちでいられた。でも新しいものが必要ということで、今は家の近所で開催されるお笑いライブを探してるところ。読書も楽しんでるで。今はフランスの小説に夢中で、5分の3まで読み終えたところ。」
「なるほど、この半年を楽しんだわけや！他に言うことはある？」
「今の生活には満足してるけど、何か新しい刺激が必要やな。四苦八苦しそうなことを探している最中。」
「具体的にいうと？」。
「noteに投稿する記事を変えたり、改善しようと頑張ってる最中。小説のようなモノを作り始めたけど、まだストーリー展開ができひん。ということで、今は、これに格闘して最中。また、自分の記事を変えたり改善したりするのに役立ちそうなことも試してる。でも、今のところ、納得のいく方法を見つけるには時間がかかりそう。そやから、7月だけでなく、方法が見つかるまでこのことに集中するつもり。今はこの方法を見つけるのが最優先。」
「では、ITプログラミング言語『Phyton』の習得はあきらめたん？」。
「そうやねん。優先リストから外したは。それと、記事を改善する時間をもっと確保するために、毎日のルーティンも組み替えたは。」
「そうか。7月にやろうとしてることがわかった。ありがとう！」
