Corn flour, milk, egg, butter, salt, and baking powder.                                  とうもろこし粉、牛乳、卵、バター、塩、 膨らし粉。

These pancakes were completed within 20 minutes.                                     これらのパンケーキは20分以内に完成しました。

Now, I would like to show one other thing a made for the same meal. A easy stir-fry of Bok Choy.
I wanted to keep the crisp freshness of these leaves, so I swiftly cooked them with the stem and leaf at the same time. By the time the stems have gotten sweeter, the leafy parts absorbed the oil's deeper flavour.

I had these two dishes with a chai and the entire set became quite refreshing.
I would like to recommend having vegetables seasoned with salt sometimes.                                                                                                      チャイを添えた2品で、セット全体がすっきりしました。
