20240427 デリーのヴァサント・クンジという地域に住み始めた頃、アパートの裏手にある商店街から強い香りが漂ってくる一角がありました。大衆的で気取らないイスラム風の焼き鳥。中央アジアを移動してきた民族の間で育まれた料理なのだろうか。作り手たちのリズム感がいい。さまざまな文化が、それぞれの独自性を保ちながら、生活空間の中で混ざり合っているのを感じました。

When I first started living in the Vasant Kunj neighbourhood of Delhi, there was a corner in the shopping street behind my flat from which a strong aroma wafted. Als ich anfing, im Stadtteil Vasant Kunj in Delhi zu leben, gab es eine Ecke in der Einkaufsstrasse hinter meiner Wohnung, aus der ein starker Duft wehte.
