信仰の導き手であり、またその完成者であるイエスを仰ぎ見つつ、走ろうではないか。彼は、自分の前におかれている喜びのゆえに、恥をもいとわないで十字架を忍び、神の御座の右に座するに至ったのである。

1. Jesus as the Guide and Finisher of our Faith: Jesus is the guide of our faith. We should look to him and follow his teachings in our life of faith. He endured the cross and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God, willing to suffer shame for the joy that is set before us. It is important for us to follow him and deepen our faith.
2.Endure: Jesus endured suffering and hung on the cross for us. When we face difficulties and trials, we too are called to endure. Believers should face them with joy in view, as Jesus did, and with a willingness to suffer shame.
3. To be trained by God: Scripture shows us that God trains us and makes us grow. We should be treated and trained as children of God. Training may seem hard at first, but later it will produce the fruit of peaceful righteousness.
4.Pursuit of Holiness: We should strive to be good before God. Unless we are clean, we will not see the Lord. We must be careful not to leak out of God's grace, lest we defile others with our bitter roots.
