今生れたばかりの乳飲み子のように、混じりけのない霊の乳を慕い求めなさい。
それによっておい育ち、救に入るようになるためである。

信仰者は霊の乳である神の言葉で日々養われて神の恵みにより人生の成長をします。
Believers are nourished daily by the Word of God, the milk of the spirit,
and grow in life by God's grace.

この聖句は、信仰者が神の言葉を深く理解し、それを日々の生活に適用することで、霊的に成長し、神の恵みによる救いを受け入れることができると教えています。
1.　純粋さの追求：信仰者は、世の中の偽りや悪から離れ、純粋で真実な信仰を保つべきです。
2.　霊的成長：信仰生活は静止したものではなく、絶えず成長し続ける過程です。信仰者は、霊的な食物を通じて成長し、成熟する必要があります。
3.　救いへの道：霊的な成長は、最終的に救いへと至る道です。信仰者は、この目標に向かって努力し続けるべきです。
私は、神の言葉を深く理解し、それを日々の生活に適用して、霊的に成長し、神の恵みによる救いの完成に向かって歩みたいと祈ります。

This verse teaches that the believer should have a deep understanding of God's word and apply it to his daily life so that he can grow spiritually and accept salvation by God's grace.
1. pursuit of purity: the believer should keep his faith pure and true, away from the falsehoods and evils of the world.
2. spiritual growth: the life of faith is not static, but a process of continual growth. Believers need to grow and mature through spiritual food.
3. the path to salvation: spiritual growth is the path that ultimately leads to salvation. Believers should continue to work towards this goal.
I pray to grow spiritually and walk towards the perfection of salvation by God's grace, through a deep understanding of God's word and applying it to my daily life.
