ここは”食から始める異文化理解”がテーマの架空のカフェテリア。学生の皆さんから寄せられた、さまざまなローカルフードをご紹介します。異なる文化を知るきっかけになれば幸いです＾＾

GO Cafeteria is a virtual cafeteria created to promote international exchange through sharing different cuisines.
We will use this space to introduce these cuisines by sharing students' favorite dishes from their countries. We believe that posting about food from different countries will be a great opportunity to get to know other cultures :)

Food name： Wonton / ワンタン
Place： China / 中国

Comment： It consists of Capsella bursa-pastoris, minced pork meat, Shiitake mushroom, and shrimp wrapped by a wonton sheet.It is very big compared with Japanese wonton. We usually eat them when our family gathers.

なずなとひき肉、椎茸とえびでワンタンの中身を作ります。四角い大きな皮で包みます。とても具が多いのが特徴です。久々に家族で集まると必ず食べます。
